Legends of Valoria (LoV)
BLADEDAO’s first-ever dungeon game, Legends of Valoria (LoV), is arriving this June 2023 on zkSync. Powered by zero-knowledge technology and homomorphic encryptions, players can experience immersive gameplay and pit themselves against opponents in dungeons.
Players can also embark on a series of looting quests and discover treasures by battling fierce foes and monsters (PvE).
About Valoria
The Valoria mystical continent is formed after the Great Battle at the Shattered Citadel, fought between the formidable demon lord, Mephistar the Ender, and the enigmatic Grand Sorcerer Magnus. After the Great Battle, everyone on the continent is relentlessly after their own interests, seeking treasure or power. There are no rules, no morals, and ethics are degenerate. Only a winner-takes-all mentality amongst those who walk on the Valoria continent.
This is a place where the weak-minded falls and the strong-willed, resilient one rises.
Valoria Factions
Valoria land is currently controlled by three factions — Demons, Paladins, and Bandits — who serve as mercenaries to be recruited by players. But beware, they might defect and seek other alternatives if incentives fit their agenda.
1 | Demon Faction
The Demon faction seeks to use evil dark magic and twisted brute force for their own gain and has secretly planned to bring back the dark age by freeing the demon lord, Mephistar the Ender, from the Lock of Infinite Seclusion.
2 | Paladin Faction
The Paladin faction is dedicated to defending the world from Mephistar the Ender, and use weapons as well as light magic to defeat their foes.
3 | Bandit Faction
The Bandit faction is greedy for treasures of jade pendants, gold crows, magic orbs, and potions. They stop at nothing and will fight to their last breath using whatever they can lay their hands on.
Your Role in Valoria
Players take on the role of a new leader of a small squad, eager to explore the dungeons, gather treasures, and ascend to new levels of power and abilities. They must rely on brute force, archery, magic, and machinery to survive in this cutthroat world.
